Hello, My name is Mantix. I'm an active poster on a private politics forum, where we have heated debates every day on a variety of topics. Lately, we've been talking about Islam. Few of us actually know any Muslims, yet half of our group is convinced that all Muslims hate all Americans, that all Muslims are the enemy, that Islam wants to take over the world, that Muslims all approve of terrorist tactics, etc. The other half is convinced that most Muslims are tolerant of other religions, most Muslims like the people of America (if not our leaders), that most Muslims disapprove of killing innocent civilians, and that that the goal of the Islamic Revolution is to defend the sovereignty and the cultural identity of Muslim countries-- not take over the world. We were wondering if anybody here would be interested in coming to our forum for an honest question-answer session. It would help teach us about your faith and your goals. I'm hoping we'd all walk away with a better understanding of each other. Please be advised that the people on this forum can be a bit rowdy at times. I'll ask them all to be respectful, but I think you should only agree to this request if you have relatively thick skin. :) Anyway, thanks for your attention. Let me know if you're interested. Mantix
