ANTENTION,
I am Barrister ANYANWU. an Attorney at law, and the
Personal lawyer to
Engineer W.A.Dressner,a foreign citizen who used to
work as research
and production technology in Shell oil company of
Togo,Hereinafter
shall
be referred to as my client.
On the 21st of April,2002,my client,his wife and their
two children

relatives for over
