The adhan in Jordan and Arab countries carried over mosque speakers is not supposed to be recorded. The adhan should be live. There should be a studio at the radio station (or the central station where the adhan is carried to the mosques) where a real live person who is washed and has performed the necessary ablution rites to perform the adhan live over the microphone.
